still running

So I'm running in minutes now, not by miles. I've done 35, 40, and 35 this week. I've done Body Pump twice this week and Turbo this morning. Tomorrow is Yoga (thank god!) and I have a 55 minute run. I'm kicking some butt this week. Sunday is a rest day. Whew! I need it. I haven't been eating very healthy so it's probably a good thing I'm exercising haha! I'm on Pinterest and the recipes are addicting and I keep making them. My husband is beginning to hate "new recipe" night. The desserts have been pretty tasty, I only make them on Sundays though. The only day I don't usually work out. Frustrating that I'm always over calories on Sunday. Oh well, I'm enjoying the new recipes. I'm running the in Cincinnati in May with my brother-in-law. It's also my sisters birthday so we'll celebrate our victories and her bday :) I'm excited.
