the good
1. the sun is shining. It's cold today (20's) but the sun is shining and hey, it was in the 70's the other day so the temp will come around eventually...
2. the high I'm getting from my marker :)
3. I'm really glad today is Friday. It's been a crazy week at work and I haven't slept good. It'll be nice to relax this weekend.
4. our mini home improvement projects
5. I like things in order. I hate chaos. I feel like some projects of mine at work have been in chaos lately but today I'm slowly pulling them together - i like it when things come together.
6. I got my nails done last night. I kinda dig the toes! bet'cha can't wait til next Thurs. haha!
the bad:
1. the cold. I'm totally ready for warmth.
2. the stalker guy who always happens to be at the Y the same time we are - the fact that he says it's a "coincidence" is just annoying. I laugh that he thinks we're that stupid.
3. i keep forgetting to take a roll or two of toilet paper to the downstairs bathroom. Sure there's kleenax's in there but TP works better.
4. I haven't done so great on my "diet" this week. I've craved fast food - and not the healthy kind
5. There's way to many home improvements that I want to do and not enough money to do it. I'll just do what I can and keep saving to do the rest.

Great to read a Friday Five. I have missed these.
Enjoy these home improvements one at a time. I just redid the lights over my kitchen bar and it took me all day with the trim work, finish, paint, wiring and installation.

Good: It's the weekend and I have a date with my husband tonight.
Bad: I have gained a buttload of weight since my surgeries and I can't work out til Monday!
Good: It's my kid free weekend!
Bad: Um, ah, jeez. At the moment I can't think of anything! *gasp!*

I want to do some home improvement projects too . . . need to assess some things and see what is realistically doable. Most of the things on my list seem to be falling into the pricey range.
What's the story with the stalker guy? I think I missed something.

he's a guy who had an affair with a friend and now he won't leave her/us alone. It's just crazy.
that's funny about your dream. if you ever want my email addy just ask Lori :) kinda ironic you had a dream about me b/c we made a turkey the other day and I'm going to use the leftovers for your turkey tetrazinni :) everytime I make it I think of you. It's delicious!!!
