the good
1. my house is almost done being painted. I went home at lunch and they were working on the last little bit.
2. I'm in a good mood today which is surprising since it's pouring down rain ... although I do like a good curl up on the couch with a book rain day.
3. Samoa Girl Scout cookies. Yum!
4. I'm craving pizza from a certain local pizzeria - guess what we're having for dinner tonight?!
5. my toes look beautimus this week!
the bad:
1. my camera wasn't working which is why you guys didn't get a Toe Thursday this week (or last)
2. turbo kick is cancelled next week - for some reason they cancel when the kids are on spring break. doesn't make sense to me.
3. my feet are cold. i wore sandals today b/c i wanted to have my super awesome toes out for the world to see but unfortunately it's raining so hard (and it's cold out) that nobody is looking at my toes - except to say "look at the crazy girl in sandals"
4. I watched a movie the other night (Nora Roberts "Midnight Bayou") which was good unless you have read the book. I kept thinking the movie itself was good but seriously the book was 100 times better!! It's probably one of my favorite Nora Roberts books.
5. It's supposed to be cold all weekend. I was looking forward to digging around in my garden. I am so ready to start planting!

Good on the pizza and paint. I am a fantastic painter myself. I love painting and I have absolutely no idea why. Oh I have some pretty ugly stuff for a friday I'll post on my journal.

yea i read your post. It's ugly but it's not. Sometimes a little introspection is a good thing. Hang in there, you'll come out of it a better man.... just keep playing your music.
I have missed our toes!! They were a spot of colour ( literally) and whimsy that I so adore. The good: we sign the lease this afternoon. The bad: we have to be out of home before 10 as the agent is coming in to show the existing place and I have been boxing and bagging and still keeping the place tidy ( NOT easy!!)
I love Nora Roberts and I don't think I've ever read that one.

Eat a girl scout cookie for me. I haven't had one in SO long and they are SO gooooood!
books are always better than the movies...like "Harray Potter"..maybe its because our own imaginations........
